SolidWorks World heralds the latest and greatest developments from the global SolidWorks community. Max Piper, Intercad's CEO, has just come back from SolidWorks 2010 in the US, and shares a sneak preview of what's in store for Australian and New Zealand customers later this year with the release of SolidWorks 2011.

Sydney, Australia: October, 2008 – Computer-aided design and manufacturing specialist, Intercad held the SolidWorks Innovation Day throughout Australia and New Zealand from October 13 – 17. The latest version of SolidWorks, SolidWorks 2009, and new authoring tool, 3DVIA, were launched at the event.
SYDNEY, Australia, July 14, 2008 – 3D CAD/CAM specialist Intercad has appointed Pat Cleary as State Manager, Western Australia. Cleary is tasked with leveraging the growth in the state’s resources sector to support Intercad’s planned growth.
